What data we process
Information you send us through the contact forms or by email:
- Full name, email address and, optionally, phone number
- Company or brand name, website or social media address
- Creator name, platform, channel link and average viewer count
- Anything else you share in your message
The forms on this site do not store your data on a server; they only prepare an email in your own email app. It reaches us only when you send it.
Purposes and legal basis
- Preparing quotes and reviewing creator applications (KVKK Art. 5/2-c: entering into a contract)
- Contacting you and answering your questions (KVKK Art. 5/2-f: legitimate interest)
- Meeting legal obligations such as contracts and invoicing (KVKK Art. 5/2-ç)
Who we share data with
- If a partnership is formed, only the information needed for the job is shared with the other side (brand or creator).
- We use Google Workspace for email, so your messages may be stored on servers outside Türkiye. Such transfers are made in line with KVKK Art. 9.
- Authorized public bodies, when legally required.
How long we keep it
We keep requests that did not lead to a partnership for up to 2 years, and contract and invoice records for the legally required periods. After that, data is deleted or anonymized.
Your rights
Under KVKK Art. 11 you have the right to learn whether your data is processed, request information, ask for correction or deletion, learn who it was shared with, and object. Send requests to contact@yayvomedia.com; we reply within 30 days at the latest.
